BARBARESCO DOCG
is one of Italy’s most beloved wines.
Made with only Nebbiolo grapes grown in Piedmont, Barbaresco allows the true character of this extraordinary landscape to sing in every sip. This wine begs to be opened in the best of company, however you may define that.
With its elegant, yet structured character that is supported by fine tannins, this red wine offers sensuous notes of dried flowers and spices. Though Barbaresco ages excellently over the years, we suspect you won’t want to wait to enjoy it. When that moment comes, we recommend pairings that enhance the earthy essence of this wine, such as a simple mushroom pasta or a sumptuous truffle risotto.
